Can SNAP be used to pay for delivery?
Only eligible food may be purchased with SNAP benefits; delivery fees and other associated charges may not be paid for with SNAP benefits.

Is using my EBT card online secure?
The use of your EBT card online will still require your unique personal-identification-number (PIN).

Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes. Up until the order is being picked by our Personal Shoppers, you can make changes to your order or cancel it entirely.  Visit the My Account section of the site and select your order from My Orders to make changes or cancel the order.

Can I check my SNAP account balance?
Yes.  You can check your balance in the cart at any time during the checkout process.
